Such details are considered public business information and may be stored in structured data formats, such as JSON or similar technologies, to ensure efficient performance and accessibility of the platform, and as this information is intended to be publicly accessible, it may be viewed by any visitor and may also be indexed by search engines.

When users submit feedback or reviews, we may collect personal information such as name and email address through submission tools or third-party services, including but not limited to Google Forms. This information is collected solely for verification, communication where necessary, prevention of fraudulent or duplicate reviews, and improvement of service quality and platform reliability. Personal identifiers such as full names and email addresses are not displayed publicly and are not shared with other users or Sales Advisors unless explicit consent has been provided by the user.

User feedback, including rating scores and written comments, may be displayed publicly on the platform in order to maintain transparency and help other users make informed decisions; however, all feedback is presented in an anonymous format, and any identifying details are removed, masked, or omitted before publication. Where photos are submitted voluntarily, users are encouraged to ensure that any personal or sensitive details are blurred or obscured if they do not wish them to be publicly visible.
