By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of this website.

This platform, operated by OSL AUTOSALES SDN. BHD., functions solely as a promotional and listing platform for Sales Advisors (SA). The platform does not participate in the pricing, negotiation, or sale of any vehicles or products. Sales Advisors independently determine their own prices, offers, and commitments. The platform only provides advertising space and visibility services and shall not be considered a dealer, agent, or representative of any Sales Advisor.

Users and Sales Advisors are required to provide accurate and truthful information at all times. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to remove any content, listing, or account found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these rules.

Users are strongly advised to verify the identity of any Sales Advisor and exercise caution before making any payment. Users should not transfer money before confirming the legitimacy of the transaction and meeting or verifying the Sales Advisor through reliable means. The platform shall not be responsible for any financial losses, scams, or damages resulting from payments made to third parties. In cases involving suspected fraud, especially where the amount involved exceeds RM2,000, users are advised to report the matter to the police or relevant authorities.

The platform may provide a Verify status to Sales Advisors who have demonstrated consistent sales activity and service quality. Verification is granted only when a Sales Advisor has sold vehicles continuously on the platform for at least three months, completed no fewer than fifteen vehicle sales, maintained an average rating of at least 4 out of 5, and has no significant negative feedback recorded. This verification indicates experience, service consistency, and customer satisfaction history; however, it does not guarantee personal integrity, financial reliability, or the fulfillment of any private promises made by the Sales Advisor.

A higher level of recognition, referred to as Super Verify, may be granted only when a Sales Advisor provides additional supporting documents or proof as required by the platform. Even with such status, the platform does not guarantee or insure the personal conduct, honesty, or contractual commitments of any Sales Advisor.

Sales Advisors are solely responsible for all information, representations, promises, and statements made to users. The platform does not have the authority to monitor, intervene in, or guarantee any private communications, negotiations, or agreements conducted between users and Sales Advisors, including conversations conducted through WhatsApp or other external channels.

Sales Advisors are strictly prohibited from using the platform, its branding, or its links to conduct fraudulent activities. If any fraudulent activity, deception, or abuse of the platform is detected, the platform reserves the right to immediately remove the Sales Advisor's listing, suspend access, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

User feedback and reviews are accepted only when verification requirements are met. A review will be considered valid only after the platform has contacted both the user and the Sales Advisor and at least one party has provided supporting evidence of purchase, such as a vehicle delivery or handover photo. Reviews submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be rejected or removed.

External links, including WhatsApp, email, or social media links, are provided for convenience only and are outside the control of the platform. Users are responsible for exercising judgment and caution when communicating outside the platform.

In the event of disputes arising during or after a transaction, users may submit feedback or reviews to share their experiences; however, the platform does not take responsibility for statements, promises, or conduct by Sales Advisors. In serious cases involving fraud or illegal activity, users are encouraged to report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

OSL AUTOSALES SDN. BHD. reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
